Kristin Kahl started making art at a young age but didn't find her true passion until the age of sixteen when she painted for the first time. Originating from Fulton New York, having spent most of her time creating art in North Carolina and now Ohio, Kristin Kahl has traveled far and wide searching for inspiration.

Kristin Kahl's recent artistic pursuits have led her to arts and crafts events all over central Ohio which hallmarks the beginning of connecting with the artistic community in her new hometown area, initiating a new body of work that has more depth than ever before. Her iconic dreamy characters, trippy themes, and bright colors will continue to be characteristics that carry Kahl through her career.

​Her graphic and bright compositions possess a surreal quality of contemporary artists while upholding a style of the artistic pillars of the past, creating an unsettling juxtaposition that intrigues viewers.
